Really love this guy. I like the contrast of the clean shading of the character and the textured background.

big thanks - playing around with filters, etc....throwing stuff against the wall to see what sticks......I personally never really liked this image and it never quite turned out as hoped, but I, like most, am my biggest critic

started just as a bright-colored sketch, and the background was done in photoshop - filter used (alien skin exposure) w/ black-n-white setting...just an experiment with a sketch (happy accident)
